Inlays & onlays

Inlays and onlays replace part of a tooth that has been lost because of decay, wear or damage. They are an alternative to fillings where a large amount of tooth has been lost. Inlays or onlays can be made of metal, composite or porcelain and are custom made.

What are the benefits?
•  Inlays and onlays are strong and can last longer than a filling.
•  They are especially suitable for large repairs when a normal filling might be
    unsuitable.
•  White (tooth coloured) inlays and onlays can be colour matched to your own
    teeth so that they are virtually undetectable.
